Today, we're celebrating our Director of Client & Business Development, Tiffany Aguinaldo, who has been named as a nominee for the Orange County Business Journal's 2025 Women in Business Awards.

Strategic Leadership in Action

For more than 15 years, Tiffany has been the strategic force behind some of Orange County's most impactful client relationships. At Forge, she architects partnerships that drive real results for brands like Synchrony Bank, Allied Universal, and The Jessie Rees Foundation (NEGU).

Her influence extends beyond our walls as 2025 President of the Orange County Public Relations Society of America (OCPRSA), where she champions the next generation of PR professionals through mentorship and innovative programming.

Impact You Can Measure

Tiffany's strategic vision has been instrumental in Forge's growth trajectory, helping us climb from #16 to #1 on the OCBJ Fastest Growing Small Private Company List while securing game-changing partnerships like our comprehensive year-long PR campaign with Allied Universal.

"I could not think of a more deserving woman to be included on this list," said Ava Kendrena, Forge's Public Relations Coordinator. "Tiffany uplifts everyone around her and enables everyone to do their best. She flawlessly balances being supportive and caring with being ambitious in reaching new client opportunities or scoring new projects. Tiffany's work ethic is something I greatly look up to, and I am thrilled that she is being recognized for everything she has accomplished so far in her career."

What's Next

The OCBJ Women in Business Awards honor exceptional business and professional women across Orange County. At Forge, we know no fear, no limits, and no bounds when it comes to ideas—and Tiffany embodies that spirit every single day.

Congratulations, Tiffany. This nomination is just the beginning of what's next.
